The owners don’t care, they want a winMLB as a product cannot afford to have another lockout. They can't even endear their current product to a younger demographic. That is not going to serve them well long term.
The thing is the owners don't need to play a game, they are already wealthy, the players many of them are rich, but if this carries on, they won't have a "game" to comeback to. I remember I used to be in on Hockey as a kid, but that one lockout they had all those years ago killed that for me. When Hockey got their act together, I was like forget this. It's going to be the same for baseball. as far as the younger demographic. it's one thing if the NFL has a lockout, but baseball, and hockey. or soccer in America, the revenue lost will/would be catastrophic, in both the present day and future fandoms.The owners don’t care, they want a win
