Sarkisian hired Brennan Marion to be the WR coach and pass game coordinator. Let's explore his story which lead to an innovative scheme by the name of the GoGo offense.

Texas Homer be on point with these documentary-style YouTube videos. I think I knew that Brennan Marion played for Gus Mahlzhan at Tulsa. But I didn't know he was a star WR that was in the NFL for a few years & he would've been top NFL draft pick if not for tearing his ACL.

:lolbron:Everything is fine and dandy over there at TAMU

:dead: @Numpsay When you originally posted that Cromartie tweet, I thought he was talking about legit NIL money. Seeing now that 5-star DE Shemar Stewart from Florida has committed to A&M today & it's looking like high 4-star SS Jacoby Matthews from Louisiana is going to A&M, just made me realize right now that Cromartie was probably actually talking about bagman money.

Matthews does not want to go to A&M, his dad is adamant about him going there because he was already bought. A&M are basically signing recruits as if they are free agents now. I don't think that bodes very well for team culture, but we'll see. Plus they will have to double down to keep some of those guys out of the portal.

Why? You guys know that the deals they signed are for 4 years? LSU reporters are saying Matthews' deal was for 100k per year.
I didn't know NIL deals came with contracts like that. I thought Perkins played the game well by getting front end money from Aggies at his commitment and then de-committing and going to LSU for another bag.

I guess after seeing Texas getting so many 5*s in the past and they all leaving have made me jaded to player rankings.

They are getting front-end money and also yearly "contracts".

The best thing that could happen is one of them gets disgruntled about money and spills the beans. But I don't see that happening. They are going to have these aggy boosters by the balls and those inbreds will keeping pay it because they are desperate to end their drought.

Yup. They've backed themselves in a corner and are pretty much in a "win now" scenario for the next 4 years. If these kids don't get the playing time they want or if the team doesn't make the tournament every year, players are going to leave the program to get another bag and parents are going to blow the whistle.

So did any of y'all compare UT's first 2 games & Auburn's first 2 games and wished we had hired Bryan Harsin as head coach instead of Sark? I definitely did & will be keeping up with Harsin at Auburn.

No bueno regarding Harsin.

Why? The only issue with Harsin is he isn't a proven big time recruiter like Sark proved himself at USC.

Barrett Sallee joins CBS Sports HQ to discuss Bryan Harsin’s future with the Auburn Tigers.

:whew: With everything I know now, yeah Sark was the better hire.

Yeah this is why I'm not so sure about @Numpsay saying this will end of blowing up in Aggy's face.

This is going to be interesting to follow the next few years. Most of those guys wouldn’t have given Aggie a chance if not for the money being offered. We’ll see how much they enjoy being in college station and what happens when they start clashing with the upperclassman over playing time. Plus the DC, OL, and strength coach hires were peculiar. I agree with @lightskin jermaine that half of those guys will likely transfer in 2 years.
