I hope that’s an accurate portrayal, but I’ve heard a lot of those UW guys in the NFL give Lake the credit for their development.
Nah the scheme is all Kwiatkowski. You can look at the reaction from UW to see how they feel about losing him. Most would have preferred losing Lake.

Staff is shaping up pretty nicely. I think we have room for one more coach. I'm guessing Coach K will probably serve as LB coach as well but I'm not certain. Only criticism is I wish we had a rainmaker at WR coach or secondary coach.

The Joseph/Gideon combination is the only thing that gives me pause because they are basically redundant as a safeties coach. Not sure about Joseph as a CB coach. Wish we could hire an actual CB coach because we all know that current group needs it. If we are going to hire a LB coach I wish we had just kept Hutzler.
Who is the CB coach at UW? Maybe Kwiatkowski can poach him...they have had some really good db's
DB coach is probably in name only. DB was Lake's specialty. I wish we could get Corey Raymond from LSU, but then you'd have to find something else for Gideon to do or learn LB coaching on the fly.
I agree. He was at A&M when we kept winning DB recruiting battles over them. But it looks like he will be CB coach...
