The money is already collected to fire Herman and hire the next coach. We had Saban in the bag until the coup by Mack to split the donors. Herman was the guy they wanted after Charlie. Currently the pecking order is Urban then Brian Kelly. After those two it's probably Sarkisian or Fickell. They've put feelers out to Shanahan but I don't think he is interested in leaving the NFL.

It would be nice to have either JQJ or Milroe still in the QB room, but why shoot for Milroe when you can shoot for Bryce Young? Either way I think our QB room is still in good condition + what we are going to bring in 2022.

If Sarks staff goes as the early indications state I think we'll be good with his hires. Not going to expound for now because I don't want to jinx anything.

The buyout money wasn't there for Campbell, they see him as just another Herman, losing games he shouldn't be losing. Fickell's record at TOSU before Urban came in and went 12-0 sent off alarms. His offense isn't inspiring and he didn't display the best game management skills yesterday either. We need someone that knows how to run an offense and score points. After Urban I'm not sure there was anybody better out there, maybe Freeze?? Staff hires are going to be super important though.

I think fickell would have been a great hire why? Because you'd also get marcus freeman and that d would be staunt. All you'd need is a offensive coordinator
