Probably around 8-9 million. He can't get over the hump at ND for reasons I posted above. I'm not in love with his offense though, maybe that charges with better athletes.

The money is already collected to fire Herman and hire the next coach. We had Saban in the bag until the coup by Mack to split the donors. Herman was the guy they wanted after Charlie. Currently the pecking order is Urban then Brian Kelly. After those two it's probably Sarkisian or Fickell. They've put feelers out to Shanahan but I don't think he is interested in leaving the NFL.

As a ND fan Brian Kelly is a good coach his only weakness is he can’t find the QB to take ND to the next level look around the NFL ND always produce NFL talent at every position but the QB position it would be easier to recruit at Texas than at ND

Well that's his offense in Bama not Sabans and he can recruit. DC hire will be important though. I'll get more into what happened with Urban later, but out of a group of Fickell, Mullen (eliminated himself), Elliot (no head coaching experience), Campbell or Sark who would you prefer?

I would say Campbell, then Fickell, then Sark in that order. I thought Campbell has been very good with the resources he had at a P5 school.
