This means nothing. If a buyer comes in right now and buys this house 50K over asking because of bidding that means it’s a sellers market.


In a buyers market someone can come in and scoop that house on a discount since the buyers would have the edge.


Also just because a city is going through a buyers and sellers market does not mean the house doesn’t go up and down in price.


If you make the price way too high even in a sellers market the market will correct it and it will drop some.

that's how yall all miss out, you don't buy when everyone's buying and buy when everyone selling after the prices finish going all the way up, and once the sellers can't sell anymore, they prices drop again
