Ummm Im posting evidence that the money in those accounts haven't reached the people of Libya to this day. Since the sanctions and now no sanctions.....why hasn't the money went to them yet?

:russ: If the bank froze the accounts and told the Libyans you can have it after Gaddafi is gone and hasn't received it yet....that means they will never get it. Promises are never kept.....look at Haiti.

Lets be honest. Money isn't worth shyt. It's just pieces of paper or data in a bank account. We need to go back to buy metals such as gold or silver again.

:russ: the fukk can I really do with gold or silver if shyt gets real? Look at it?

Ummm unfortunately the books you have placed have nothing to do with the issue at hand. If you read everything, you must have by-passed the book I posted. Btw...I don't get your logic...if Gaddafi was the Libyans problem why did it take the West to over-throw him? If the Libyans really wanted Gaddafi gone why didn't they drop him 30 years ago?

because they couldn't, like most "countries" in africa and the middle east libya is not a real country, so that gives ruthless, sadistic people like ghadaffi an opening since there isnt an organized opposition or any organization that balances out the power of the state or any tradition that limits government power

anybody that had read origins of political order would see this and they would also see that the many forces in libya is normal and that the main thing is figuring out a balance of power, that is just a process that societies have to go through, sometimes the balancing out happens violently, but in 2013 the geo political forces are such that libya will end up being somewhat democratic
