you are flat out RETARDED and one of the WORST posters on this site

the bay area is 9 million metropolitan area

SF is only 900k of that 9 million

that means MAJORITY of people are doing what you are SUGGESTING, which now results in the worst traffic conditions in America with now worse traffic than LA

the "cheap boondocks" you are talking about houses are still $600-800k in decent areas and $300-400k in the worse areas and in the biggest bay area city (san jose) is only behind NYC and SF rent/housing price wise, 3rd in the nation

I suggested this a year ago but they really should ban you from any thread dealing with finances, you just honestly have no grasp of the concept

:snooze: If you open your eyes you blind b*stard you clearly can see the price tags on the right hand side of the screen... I Also included a link directing y'all to the trulia real estate page so y'all can find it y'all damned selves... :what: FOH... jumping to conclusions didn't even see my other posts... YOU are the worst poster in the coli... Swear you have a vendetta against me or some shyt... If I was a mod I'd bush your ass..:camby: Always targeting me on some troll shyt... damn nikka...:hhh: you get enraged everytime you see me post... EVERY TIME!!!

People live WAY out in Long Island and commute into the city everyday... and that shyt is a long ass ride depending on where you live...:hubie: but hey I'm just spitballing here...

I’ll always love the Bay Area but it’s starting to get dry and wack to me. There’s a lot of hipsters and transplants changing the culture and cities are bending over backwards for these tech companies and their workers.

Can’t live with this crowd for much longer.

Was out there about a year ago for a conference and the amount of homeless people in downtown San Fran was crazy. In Atlanta the homeless can’t even be in certain areas like that.

Where are the “I don’t know why AA’s didn’t take advantage of the opportunities they were given” ass nikkas

Here’s yalls quick history lesson, the white conclave you’re currently in was most likely a black one first— the Stolen black boot strap.

No more excuses for that kind of ignorance

People across the country need to look at SF / Bay Area as the canary in the cole mine. I know the situation is unique because it revolves around tech and building restrictions (specifically in SF), but it needs to be looked at as a learned lesson for cities across the country

it has to be the most dystopian place in the country. you got people paying $4000/month for a small apartment they may have never even seen before signing a lease, some paying the year in cash. private busses picking up select people at public stops, and uber eats drones flying sushi over the heads of starving people sleeping on the sidewalk. its truly disgusting

This is the most depressing part. Extreme wealth and extreme poverty within feet of each other. It’s not like in certain parts of the world (like India) where the poor are put off in their own little corner. There’s mentally ill homeless ppl within feet of the st Regis where visiting nba teams stay when they play the warriors. People eating out of garbage bins across the street from yelp HQ

shyt is a fukkin nightmare.

I work in tech and I’m ready to leave. Been looking for remote roles. I hate it out here
