He's also called the goat by more people than the artists you named and nikkas just salty. It hurts their hearts that tupac is still being called the goat by the whole world. The statues got nikkas feeling some type of way. He's also the only one on your list that doesn't Rep the east. Y'all ain't gone stop his props so keep us the futile fight.
If Jay is their favorite they have to look and see the shyt Jay bit from Pac I.E (Me and my Girlfriend, His flow on (On The Run) if Nas is their favorite they have to acknowledge the shyt Nas bit from Pac which is too much to name. If B.I.G is their favorite it has to hurt for them to see how Pac had him in the fetal position in 96. I get why NYC nikkas like Combat have a bias against Pac I really do. It has to hurt when they see how much influence he had on their favorite rappers.

Nas influenced 1 song at the most and that was Me and My Girlfriend's concept of rapping about a gun.

AEOM weak/average tracks were
whats your phone #
when we ride
skandalouz
heaven ain't hard to find

LAD weak/average tracks were
-another
-playa hater
-nasty boy
-last day

Once you get past the weak/average tracks, aeom KILLS LAD in terms of the standout tracks/singles/classics. It's not even close really.

Nah...I can't give you those, breh.

Pac spit so much game about a scandalous female on "skandalouz" it's ridiculous.

Heaven Ain't Hard To Find, the same.

If anything, i'd say both songs are underrated

You cant seem to separate personality and character from the technical written word and its presentation.

He had a larger than life personality, but he didnt have the technical bars and delivery system to match, he didnt have that flow and mic presence to match his public image. He relied more on his image and personality to get him through a track, so you know it'll at least be emotionally hype and from the heart. You said it yourself, he's not a 'witty' 'quotes' type rapper, and thats it. He doesnt leave a lasting impression on you after the track, he doesnt have you rewinding tapes to hear that amazing line again, something the other GOATS all have in common. The message is his personal opinion on a subject and has absolutely nothing to do with how good you write and spit it out.

:wtf:

That's up to your marketing team.Even then, Pac had that more than most. His music was his life. Not some big willy/drug kingpin/100 brick losing/super player/slayer of women AFTER I BECAME FAMOUS/Italian Mafia even though Italians don't like my ass..ass nikka....nikkaz create that type of "Image" INSIDE THE STUDIO and then waltz out that muthafukka and fail trying to live up to it.Sounds like you biting on the bullshyt a lot of these rappers are selling

Y'all put more emphasis on the superficial/ fluffy/larger than life/grandiose/childlike imagination shyt

and disregard the profound/substantial shyt.

That was the thing that made Pac stand out.His catalog IS his fukking autobiography.Basically written in his own blood....but I guess big willy/lost 100 bricks is the public image to match, huh? Man, that shyt's jive turkey

I agree with How Do You Want It---that's my least favorite Pac track.Even then, it's crazy how he was able to mix a political/diss/party cut all together as one track.

But Pac was vicious on Trading War Stories. One of his best verses IMO

Only song I don't like on AEOM is What'z ya Phone #. Everything else had something you liked about it. Skandalouz was one of my favorite tracks of Disc 1.

The ONLY thing I don't like about that record is the phone sex skit, had he thrown a 3rd verse on that shyt would have been official. He was riding the fukk out of that Morris Day beat, stylin. I've seen nikkas start that verse off in the middle of a crowd and watched a bunch of people finish it...and that's a pac joint that ain't nowhere near the top of his catalog.

That's one of them Pac songs where I wish it were just him.

I prolly listened to that song all the way through a handful of times. If you make it trade places with Ain't Hard 2 Find it might've fit in better especially coming right after I Ain't Mad At Cha.

Id be lying if I said I didn't play the hell out of Strictly and Me Against..he's a strong artist and personality that made good music, but some tracks he was running out of breath and was just going on and on and it felt like he was about to scream.
Its hard to recite and recall most of his lyrics because they are so bland and unmemorable. If your bars dont remain in my head, there's a problem. You can practically spit out a random Pac verse and some of his most ardent stans couldnt identify which song it came from.
You're delusional
