When I say he's wasn't the most lyrical I mean lyricism wasn't a strong attribute of his. Lyrical emcee's to me are Rakim or Slick Rick etc. If you don't believe me all you have to do is listen to Pac's peers who were around back then. Rarely will you hear them call him lyrical but they'll talk about how his songs made you feel & that's the lane Pac played well. To me Pac was more poet than lyricist.

Hilarious,thinking pac can't rap this well. Rakim was looked up to by pac and he definitely had something. But pac surpassed him. 3 of the 4 songs you posted are basically rakim rapping about rapping,whoop dee doo nikka.

I love the Ruler's back,but the greatness of that song is more of the style than the lyrics (though i have no problem with the lyrics).
I love all these slick rick songs and i have for years. But pac passed him too.
When slick rick was 23 he did teenage love etc.
Pac at 23 had songs like dear mama,keep ya head up etc. To say he couldnt do this or that is laughable.
Bottom line is neither of them did shyt that pac couldnt and pac's catalog > both of theirs combined
as a hip hop fan of 15 years plus, I slide away if there's a tupac conversation. Too many dikk riders, too many haters. I think pac has some ill ass tracks. That's about it though
