Again I post the same link for you, try to read.
'Batman v. Superman' Fallout: Warner Bros. Shakes Up Executive Roles (Exclusive)
Now again you can say division all you want, its sematics you have to play now, because you know exactly what I'm talking about.

I haven't complained about DC/WB and I haven't wished they would go away.
I quite literally said I hope they get their shyt together, get a real structure to their DC Films unit instead of letting WB execs green light or approve scripts and etc, all that should come specifically from only DC Films execs so they can have control over product quality, tone, and a unified and executed vision.

Bringing Johns on board is a part of that shakeup. Wonder Woman is the first movie to come out with him as a guiding force. There, now you both can calm the hell down and stop slap boxing each other lol.

Yeah I'm talking about moving forward and this potential Nightwing film, the only person who should be okaying and talking about future properties is Johns and a DC Film rep, that it isn't coming from them is troubling IMHO regarding if they are serious about fixing the problems with the DC movies.

The key word in your post is rumor.
Key word speculation and "according to who you believe"

You don't know who its coming from tho breh lol. Just because Johns' name isn't in a press release doesn't mean shyt. A press release from any organization is going to look a certain way and the press release, while for the press, is also for investors. Don't assume because someone is quoted that they A) actually gave that quote or 2) are the primary ones involved.

Why wouldn't they bring in Talia?
This is just a rumor AFAIK but
Talia al Ghul Won't Be in 'The Batman' -- or Any DC Movie Anytime Soon

Talia al Ghul, the scheming daughter of ageless Bat-villain Ra’s al Ghul, won’t appear in Ben Affleck‘s upcoming “The Batman” or anywhere in the DC Cinematic Universe anytime soon, TheWrap has learned.

In an interview with Screen Rant, actress Teresa Palmer talked about her interest in taking on the role played by Marion Cotillard in “The Dark Knight Rises.” In the comics, Talia al Ghul is the mother of Bruce Wayne’s son, Damian Wayne.

“I was going to be her. I think Marion Cotillard played, I don’t know how to pronounce her last name by the way, she played Talia al Ghul in one of the Batmans,” Palmer said. “I remember thinking, okay well, obviously she’s going to play Talia al Ghul, but if there’s ever an opportunity I would absolutely love it. Put it out there. Can you put it out there for me?”

Back in 2008, director George Miller tapped the actress to play Talia al Ghul in “Justice League Mortals,” a film that was canceled due to the Writers Guild of America Strike in 2008 and financial issues.

But our insider says that neither Talia al Ghul nor her dad will be in “The Batman” — or any DC film on the horizon. The two had a good run in the Christopher Nolan-directed Batman trilogy, in which Liam Neesonplayed the elder Ghul. (And the elder Ghul has a Lazarus Pit that makes him immortal, so he can afford to be patient.)

We know who it isn't coming from, DC Films, and that is the issue.
You don't see this shyt out of marvel with a random disney exec just leaking, oh yeah we are doing this at marvel. You see actual organizational structure and a plan.

That is what is disappointing. DC still hasn't and doesn't seem intent on developing a plan to introduce or even regularize its world.

Actually you are incorrect.
Marvel studios falls like this
Disney Company (Bob Iger) -> Disney Studios (Alan Horn) -> Marvel Films (Kevin Feige)

So you aren't even arguing reality
Time Warner -> WB -> DC Films is what I"m saying should be done and DC Films be a full studio, not just a name.
Since Warner Bros, itself though said outright they were creating a DC films studio under their WB structure specifically for their films, everything you are saying literally makes no sense.
You literally are arguing against reality and what WB itself has said it was doing and that I posted.

On top of that you don't even know the structure of Disney companies and its okay, its a little confusing, but atleast be tight on what you know before you come at someone else.

Actually, Disney (Company) owns Marvel OUTRIGHT; not just Marvel Studios - so all of the characters, all of the leased properties, outside of the movie rights that were leased out, and some animation rights.. I doubt Marvel Studios falls under Disney Studios. The only characters I know that was put under the Disney Studios umbrella were Big Hero 6. That's like saying Miramax (when it was owned by Disney) fell under Disney Studios.

I think you may be confused as to how subsidiaries work. Marvel Studios is still operated as it's own entity, as it was prior to the sale, however, they cannot go to other entertainment companies for distribution, as they did prior to the sale. But Disney has final say in all of their moves.

It's a press release homie. They said weeks ago now that Geoff Johns and John Berg are in charge of their film division. That happened last September. There were stories in WSJ and any other publication. What more info do you need than that?

Yeah it's like when def jam signed all those "indy" labels like Roc, Murda INC and RR. Def Jam distributed the records and still had final say on what the product would be and what they'd push to radio and the recording budget etc etc.
