Last year they underperformed with DC movies to the point they claimed they were making DC films a proper studio, this news seems as if that was just a lie.

nice article, why are you posting articles from 2015 when we're talking about last year and how did they underperformed? 
the reason why they gave Johns/Berg control is because of quality, it's even stated in the press release. Sure they probably though BvS was gonna hit a Billion but it didn't underperform it made money back and SS did that and then some. If they weren't making money then they wouldn't be making them and would've pulled JL before filming (They did it to JL Mortal). WB can't make DC into a film studio, Time Warner has to do that.Also they already fired the guy who green lit those 2015 movies

Yes BvS did underperform completely. We don't know the budget but according to some industry sources they lost because they needed 1 bil to break even.
WB can most definitely make DC Films a studio proper, you don't know what you are talking about. New Line is a studio under WB, just like how Disney has Marvel Studios, Lucas Films, and Pixar
DC made the decision a long time ago that dikk Grayson is Nightwing and his time as Robin is a thing of the past.Introduce nightwing when you never had Bruce and dikk credibily portrayed since the 60s.
Whoever is over WB greenlighting this shyt needs to be fired.
This leads credence to what the insiders were saying, that DC Films only exists in name only
They also made the decision that the only Robin that matters is Damian Wayne.

They had Graysons TV show a few years back. I believe it was slated to be right after Smallville. It was greenlit, casted, pilot was written, had producers
but it was scrapped. They also pulled the plug on Titans show that would have Nightwing as the central character. Robin was also cut out of Batman Returns.
WB have no love for that character. They do Grayson almost as bad as they do Supes.

Why not just start over? Batman Beyond would be perfect.
Are you on crack? There isn't a movie that has been made in the history of filmmaking that needed to make a billion to break even. That makes zero business sense.

Time Warner then merged it with WB in 2008 so it wouldn't be operated as a separate studio. So no, Time Warner has to approve it

You don't know what you are talking about.
New Line was a studio operating under WB, how it came to do so doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is that it does, so posting all that to try to claim TW needs to approve it makes not sense, because it isn't neccesary nor have you actually presented why you think it would be neccessary.
The real funny part is that WB has released that they were supposedly making DC Films a real studio, instead of just a name, 'Batman v. Superman' Fallout: Warner Bros. Shakes Up Executive Roles (Exclusive) . This news seems to point that its still a studio and structure in name only.
