You gotta love the wordplay these white supremacists use. Humans are all originally from "Sub-Saharan Africa". In case you forgot the earliest human fossils are found in Ethiopia.

The word Sub-Saharan has no scientific meaning in this situation because the Sahara Desert has not always existed. Ancient Africans have moved up and down the continent constantly as the environment changed. About 10,000 years ago, the Sahara was a lush savannah where lots of people (who depicted themselves as black in cave paintings in Algeria) and animals lived. Its from these Ancient Africans who lived in the lush green savannah of the Sahara that the Ancient Egyptians originated from. Whether you wants to get into the semantics of whether these people were Sub-Saharan or not is IRRELEVANT. What is clear however if they were AFRICAN and they were BLACK.

So please save us the white supremacist misdirection of using a word like Sub-Saharan. The Ancient Egyptians originated from AFRICAN people. These AFRICANS were BLACK.

The samples are not only from mostly the third intermediate(when foreigners like the Greeks started coming in) from NORTHERN Egypt but these fuggers actually used YORUBAS all the way in freaking West Africa to represent the Ancient Egyptian African admixture. While leaving out indigenous NE Africans like Horners, Dinkas, Nubians,etc. Its like they purposely did that. lol

Getting samples from predynastic Upper Egypt is when we get the TRUE ancestral origins of the AE. The only interesting thing about this study is that they claim modern Egyptians seem to have more SSA ancestry than the mummies sampled from the Abusir region. That COULD have been either from the slave trade OR Sudanese Copts OR Egyptians from the south recolonizing the area. Anyways the samples are not representative of the Ancient Egyptians as they are from a certain period and location in Egypt.

Adding to this, the Third Intermidiate 22nd and 23rd Dynasties were founded by Berbers of the Meshwesh people.

Also - it's possible that increased admixture from Black people exists among Modern Egyptians, but why use Yorubas as the metric? Why not peoples who are likely to be the victims of the Arab Slave trade like Dinka, Nuer, Habeshas (and other Horners) or even peoples from modern day Central African Republic and Uganda?
