He can do it but hes finished..the American govt, if they suspect its him, would do anything to finish him. Legal or otherwise if he really killed a Governor in the United States. This isn't Colombia. There has to be a consequence for that. Its not the 1920s.

Johnny Sack when he lived in Jersey was likely still more powerful than Tony and zero chance he was more powerful than the Governor of New Jersey who meets with the president and senators and has control of the national guard.

there’s an argument that can be made for those positions bc the US president has a maximum he can be in control of the military and that’s 8 years while Putin has been in power for over 20 years (albeit of a less powerful military).

also Putin has known & hidden interests in almost all of Russia’s economy making him a multi billionaire and when his power is factored in with the military, policy making, affect on global trade...his power is probably close to $1 trillion.

...the same can likely be said for Xi Jinping
