Just because he rationalized it as saving America from the race war that would destroy all races, doesn't mean you destroy your own race that will start it. Sasuke said America must not be that great if black folks were so oppressed they have to start a war just to get equality. It deserves to be destroyed.

Probably. But he was a strong believer is Hashirama's ideas (maybe even inherited his will). So he killed his clansmen to spare destroying Konoha. It was the classic trolley problem. If Tobirama wasn't such a bytch, it probably wouldn't have been needed, because the Uchiha wouldn't feel oppressed.

they arent black. and our struggles arent even similar. they were let down by the leaf, but the way they chose to deal with it was complete destruction of the entire village instead of seeking betterment. they would have no problem killing women and children. they are victims in the sense that they died, not in the sense that they were innocent
