And now.....for the first time ever....the first player selected in the NFL draft at the QB position playing for the worst team in the NFL the year prior has their win/loss record used against him.
This is a new precedent.
And it's rife with cism.

Breh, I listen to Baltimore sports talk radio and even when Flacco wins games, they want him out. I've never seen a QB that has a winning record who gets shytted on by their own fan bases like Flacco. shyt, they wanted Troy SMith to be their QB over Flacco when he was here.

Yep. They wont immediately compare a white player to Ryan Leaf, David Carr, Tim Couch, etc
But they'll quickly compare a black player to Jamarcus Russell or VY.

seriously tho where are all the people bashing stafford ? this is a guy who was said to be near top 5 for that performance and has the top WR in the game. and this is a guy whos in his 4th year and whose stats are bad, especially if you subtract garbage time stats.

He disgusted me with those comments by the way.
Second, he surprised me last season because I didn't think he was that good coming out of college. But I refuse to be one of these "I hope you fail" type of people.
