No one is overlooking Stafford's struggles or Bradford's. Stafford has been getting killed by Lions fans and that hack Peter King even wrote about him this week.

I think a lot of people see how talented Cam is and how great he started off and are expecting him to recapture some of that magic. He was one of the biggest stars in the league last year and I believe a Pro Bowl alternate. Plus he came in with the "global icon" type talk that LeBron had a while back. If you aren't producing like you're capable of, you better believe people are gonna rip you when they get the chance.

This is the shyt that happens when players/teams get built up so much, they fall so much harder when they do. Cam was hyped so much after last year and now that he ain't living up to the hype that surrounded him, he's getting blasted. Is there some form of racism somewhere in there? In some cases I'm sure there are. But a lot of it is just the fact that as a society, everyone seems to love to watch a train wreck. It doesn't help that Cam's weirdo behavior is helping other people like watching him fall even more.

That's where the cism comes into play. White QB's are given a decent amount of time to develop and their critiques are always qualified with "It's just his Rookie/Sophomore season". If you're a black QB you better hit the ground running and you better not trip up at any point.
