I wanted to get into superfoods so I just googled for smoothie recipes. It all depends on what you want in the smoothie.
if you have a facebook, sign up to young and raw. They give you daily smoothie recipes.
I'd say try my smoothie out. Make sure your apple juice does not have high fructose corn syrup. Or, if your apples are extra sweet, you can pass on the apple juice.
And as far as protein, stick to your eggs, fish, chicken, nuts (), and lean beef. Get yourself a jug of whey protein isolates and you'll be good. Make yourself some bars as well:
