Ever since I got my nutribullet and started making these smoothies, I avoided my annual cold. Pretty trippy.

whats the consistency like of the smoothies yall make?

made my first today (w/ a Ninja) and it was...ummm, different.
Does adding ice/frozen fruit help things?

edit: Never mind...I added a half tray of ice cubes and that shyt is much better.

:myman: Mine was too thick (pause) when I first made it. I learned to cut it with more liquid/ice to get it how I want it.

Just made my first smoothie with some run of the mill blender, turned out pretty good but it took a lot from the blender.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
A handful of kale slightly cooked in Olive oil and Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tbsp Goji Berries
A handful of organic cashews
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
2 tbsps hemp seeds
1 tbsp maca root powder
1 mixed packet of wheatgrass, barley grass, and alfalfa grass
1 tsp horny goat weed powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 gram chlorella
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp honey
1 cup organic mixed berries(strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)

Bout to try it now. :ehh:

Edit: Measurements were too balanced, gotta add more berries and almond milk. Not bad tho, tolerable.

Edit Again: Nah, this shyt is take a shot status. Harsh as fukk...:whew:
I thought I was going overboard with my smoothies :deadmanny:

hope you still being consistent breh

Get a Nutribullet breh. SUPER easy to use and even easier to clean.
i got the ninja,do not waste your money on the vitamix
Spending hundreds of dollars for a blender is ridiculous unless you're ballin' line that. Just get the nutribullet.

Easier to clean? You put 32oz of water in it and put it on high for like 3-5 minutes which makes the water boil. Then pour it out.......

I have 2 vitamix machines.

I literally use them like 4 times a day, everyday. Not necessarily smoothies, alhough the kids love those, I blend up my shakes in them, way better than fukking shaker balls and the same amount of time, plus if I want to add ice and enjoy them....I make sauce by throwing tomatoes, garlic, celery, carrots, herbs, salt in the bytch and turning it on, comes out piping hot and I pour it on homemade noodles.

A vitamix is like having a high quality drill, toolset. Yeah you can save money by buying a cheaper set and even by doing that and replacing broken or lost pieces or batteries. Or you can buy just one good one and never have to concern yourself again, even pass it on to your kids.
