Damn, I was reading up on these blenders a few weeks ago. Ironically I'm gonna start my smoothie journey today for the first time but I have a cheap blender at my disposal. I got a hella good mix of ingredients tho so it should come out pretty good, I hope, well it'll be hella healthy at least. :laugh:

whats the point of smoothies?

is this for fat nikkas?

Acts as a meal and you can add shyt that's really beneficial health wise but might be hard to take down plain. Plus eating raw foods helps you get the most nutrients, so blending stuff into a smoothie can be better than cooking it.

Not necessarily for fat nikkas only. If you just eat a plain salad, you may not be eating as healthy as you think you are, especially if you adding salad dressing and croutons and stuff to it. You stuff a bunch of green vegetables into a blender, add some fruit and some other healthy stuff (flaxseed, chia seed, etc), and blend it up, you end up having a really healthy meal. Plus the fiber helps keep you full, unlike juicing, where the fiber is removed. That's important if you trying to lose weight, but again, not just for the average overweight nikka.

Just made my first smoothie with some run of the mill blender, turned out pretty good but it took a lot from the blender.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
A handful of kale slightly cooked in Olive oil and Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tbsp Goji Berries
A handful of organic cashews
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
2 tbsps hemp seeds
1 tbsp maca root powder
1 mixed packet of wheatgrass, barley grass, and alfalfa grass
1 tsp horny goat weed powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 gram chlorella
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp honey
1 cup organic mixed berries(strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)

Bout to try it now. :ehh:

Edit: Measurements were too balanced, gotta add more berries and almond milk. Not bad tho, tolerable.

Edit Again: Nah, this shyt is take a shot status. Harsh as fukk...:whew:

My morning smoothies normally consist of:

Kale or Baby Spinach (Whatever is in the fridge)
2-3 pieces of broccoli
pineapple
apple
raw organic cashews
flaxseeds
some apple juice
water (or sometimes coconut water).

and I'm good. Have myself a piece of homemade protein bar, a cup of green tea, and I'm good until lunch time.

Man... You NEED a Vitamix or Blendtec or a Nutribullet if you gonna be throwing all that in there. I know that generic blender you used was looking at all them ingredients like

Man... You NEED a Vitamix or Blendtec or a Nutribullet if you gonna be throwing all that in there. I know that generic blender you used was looking at all them ingredients like

I need a shytload of protein brehs what can I do? Plus I've eaten bullshyt for the majority of my life so I'm tryna cleanse. But my plan is to stretch the ingredients out over 3 daily shakes. But man, after going through the coffee withdrawal and gettin used to all those superfoods I be feelin like Goku after a senzu bean. :ahh:
