This might be a blessing in disguise because I've always felt like Randle shows signs of fatigue (physical and mental) later in each season. It might be good timing to get him rest but have him back in time to play back into shape.
Was thinking the same….assuming we can go above .500 without him.

Let’s say he sits out the next 10 games. We play

Hornets
Jazz
Pacers
Lakers
Griz
Mavs
Pacers
Rockets
Magic
Sixers (first game after all star break)

If we can go 6-4 that would be a blessing. But realistically, I think this team is good enough to go 7-3 even without Randle.

We’ve built a Solid 5 game lead from the 7th seed. So worst case, we go down to 6 with plenty of season left to make up ground and catch 4th or 5th

luckily we are 12 up right now.
we will win tonight but after that it might get a little tricky. We probably go on a little losin streak but we'll still have time to make up the games.

Sittin him until after da break is the right move. Might actually give him more energy for da post season
