Yall don’t think McBride is good enough to man the backup spot?
I don't think he's a great option for that specific backup spot. Not unless he or Grimes takes a big step in playmaking. That bench needs a focal point for the ball to move through. McBride, Grimes, Hart, Precious...great defense, no lead ball-handler.

If Brunson is gonna be our guy long term we need size and length around him. Him and IQ could never work long term in da backcourt.

If you take the emotion out of it, this was a good trade and we havent committed long term to OG or anyone at this point. And if we lose him, we get cap space.

We got the RJ contract off da books and we didnt overpay IQ. I would have preferred to trade IQ in a different package though

i like giving players test runs before giving em whole bunch of money.
If he doesnt look good with us, i got no problem doing a sign and trade or having da cap space :yeshrug:
