Been preachin to yall nikkaz that yall need to move to Africa

I think the problem is saying move to Africa is just so ambiguous. It's like telling someone to go get a degree, but not telling them which college, what major, and how much it'll cost.

I'm shocked that there isn't a website somewhere that actually shows what it would take to move from the US to an African nation. What's the process, where would we live, what vaccines would we need, how much money it would take, what are the laws/customs we'd have to follow, what are the employment prospects, etc.

:manny:nah breh, wolof and French at 99%, even my Fula boys in Dakar speak those languages. You will have to learn. Senegalese people are extremely friendly, just know you will gain weight and start speaking tongues after 2-3 months without even noticing.:pachaha:

I really love the grittyness and the vibrancy of Dakar. It's so lively. Plus, Senegalese girls are top 5 in Africa.:

The weather alone :wow:

We have the goat continent brehs :mjcry:

One question I've always wondered about the pictures I see of Africa is the sky usually looks brown. It has me wondering if it's the camera throwing it off, cacs cacing to make Africa look bad, or if that's really how the sky looks out there.

Yes brehs, I'm from Dakar. I even created a brand named kardastyle (dakar) and ironically to stay consistent with this thread the concept is `''Afreeka iz beautiful''. Got Akon and Youssou Ndour reppin the brand. www.kardastyle.com
Man you got the usual tourist ish, Pink lake, white sand beaches, sunny 360 days a year, Saly Portudal, google all that. But the party scene is crazy. In Route des Almadies you got all types of clubs, lounges, restaurants etc.. etc.. Downtown is downtown, Dakar people love shows from the big current senegalese artists (Waly Seck, Pape Diouf) but also legends like Youssou N'Dour. You got soccer with the national team coming back strong with young players after the era of El Hadj Diouf, Henri Camara, Fadiga and them...You also got wrestling with big champions like Modou Lo, Yekini, Balla Gaye. Dont get it twisted theres poverty but one thing i always noticed is no matter what, people enjoy life. Clubs are full, social celebrations packed everywhere...

Ask and i shall respond to any question.

To expand to Africa, we are SUFFERING from the bullshyt vision constantly presented in the media. I call it `Poverty-AIDS-War' and now we can add Ebola. This bullshyt vision prevent the continent of so many business opportunities and hurt tourism in such levels its unbelievable...

Much respect breh. I guess my only question concerns safety. What should I be cautious about, outside of common sense stuff like pick pockets and not flossing in public?

And in fairness to Senegal, its one of the safest countries in the region, I believe.

What are the job/career prospects like for people who would want to move from the US to Dakar?
Are there any business opportunities in the tech/IT sector?
What's a typical middle class life like?
Do you ever run into blacks from the states over there?
What's the pawg situation like over there?

The last line caught me off guard :heh: :dead:

To tell you the truth, it depends on the country. Moving to Guinea for example is different from Gabon, Chad, etc... Different currencies, different standards, cost of living, laws/customs. You will really have to pick a country or few, and just for it. Some cultures are very similar. You need to understand something, breh, you might be able to get a great job, it won't be much compared to guys living in the US, but you will live like a king. If you make for example $3-4k/month in most African cities, you are straight, because most companies will pay your rent, will give you a car or a driver, a maid, etc.. so all your money will just chill in your bank account.

My fam is originally from Ghana. My folks built a crib out there a couple of years back. Solar powered, their own borehole for water where they breed tilapia, fruit trees, they keep chickens and a they have a view of the beach. Pops is looking into a couple of acres to grow crops on and Moms is talking about getting peacocks, just to walk around in the garden:blessed:
