That still doesn't beat Gamers Club Unlocked because they sell used games at Best Buy buy if you wait on newer releases they go on sale and GCU stacks with the sale price. If you wait on games they go on sale anyway and the sale price coupled with the GCU is still lower than Gamestop's used price.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate is $32 at Best Buy brand new with GCU right now. It cost $34 with Gamestop's pro card used.

I'm not anti-Gamestop at all. There's just really no reason to shop there anymore so I don't.

I RARELY find games cheaper new or used at Gamestop. I always take the time to check everywhere online before buying anything. Also, Best Buy price matches, so you could easily stack points that way to if that's your thing. Gamestop is good for that one or two hard to find games, but even still, I check out ebay and amazon and look for the best price.

Lately best buy has been dropping newly released games down to $40 after about a month or so for a week. That's $32 after GCU. Its all about the timing. If youre fine waiting years to cop a game then GameStop might be the place for you. As far as the flip potential...I dont get it. You never get your money back. Games are a terrible investment as far as that goes.

I don't flip games so that's something else i'm not worried about. If that's what you do then that's fine but you should state that's why you personally prefer BB over Gamestop. Not make it seem like Gamestop has no deals worth going in there for. I'm just talking about buying games to own/play. As far as BB dropping the prices of new games now that's news to me and that would be a better time to cop certain games indeed. Also i 100% agree with your point about timing. My thing is i still don't see the point of dudes hating on Gamestop when, if we talking about buying games and saving money in the process, they have deals to be had like all these other places. It didn't take me years to buy all the newly released games i have games sitting here collecting dust.

Gamestop is a stop just like all the rest, i'm not saying it's better than Best Buy cuz i'm not a fanboy of either place. We're talking about deals on the newer stuff. I think everyone already knows you can scoop old games at Gamestop.
