Well their governments need to take that up with the American government. Black people shouldn't have to pay for something they had no active part in.

When I used to listen to radio at night. Art bell etc. Sometimes these conspiracy type wite guys would come on.
And they would talk a lot about " LA RAZA....LA RAZA STOP THEM"
If I remember correctly it has something to do with mexicans believing the whole territory belongs to them, and they will take it back.

I found it amusing at first, yet they were very serious about hispanics having a slow plan to retake the area.
