Whoever broke the streak had to be a heel..If Roman broke the streak we might actually see marks jumping the rail and attacking him. Not to mention it had to be someone credible. Couldn't be a new guy with no certs, no cred and no achievements. Barock is a RR winner, former world champion, Kotr winner, holds wins over Dwayne and Terry...Who else could come close? Only active guy with similar accomplishments is Juan Cena

moving forward they have:

- no credible superstars
- no credible championships
- no more drawing part timers
- no big money matchups


only guy even capable of making new stars is cena. no one is ever gonna get to that next level without going through him first. and we all know that's not gonna happen anytime soon.

and mania season is more often than not their busiest and most happening time of the year. be prepared for an entire years worth of filler material and forgettable television.

i really don't know how they could salvage this.

They've been keeping Reigns and Cena apart at all costs..no segments. No team ups. Nothing. That's part of the lifestyle when you are protected to no end.

nah, they coulda worked it easily to make him appear to be a monster ithout using the "streak" to do so.

They could of , but again we don't see behind the scenes and maybe taker looked flabby or something and vince wanted to make sure to build his new star reigns. We knew last year after mania the plan was for brock to thrn beat Bryan at summerslam then reigns beat him at next mania . Just because fans think it should be Bryan or disagree with the streak ending , we spent all year fantasy booking wwe but we should of known this was coming and that this is why he broke the streak . You can disagree or think someone else should of beat taker but that's why he did it

Not everyone has to be rushed to the top, either. Not everyone can win every feud. Bray will be Aight. When they need to feed him to Roman he will beat a lot of dudes to rebuild his credibility

I don't think he shoulda been fed to John at all.. I don't want to speculate that John Hulked-Up backstage but someone wasn't thinking clearly there. But now that it has happened, Bray will still be fine in the long run

Yes but it took a unnecessary recovery period that wasted time, energy, and focus. Wyatt got dead reactions to promos for months and all of those lights got lower and lower for a minute. That's the effect of a 38 year old guy going over you when it counts. All of this cute "being in the ring with him elevates you" mindset gimmick doesn't ride anymore when guys are as hated as Cena is.
