Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, who broke the story about Lesnar walking out, notes that it's still not known exactly what Lesnar and Vince were arguing about past the next contract but their discussion was said to be very loud and heated. The two were "yelling and screaming" at each other loud enough to where people were concerned, mainly for Vince.

On Tuesday at the SmackDown tapings, people within WWE reportedly asked Vince if they needed to come up with back-up plans for WrestleMania 31 but Vince said no and assured them that Lesnar will be working the show because he's contractually obligated to. Vince reportedly said something to the effect of they will sue Lesnar if he doesn't show up. WWE officials are said to be very confident that Lesnar will be working WrestleMania.

this wrestlemaina XX all over again.

That main event is going to be terrible.
:dead:
Brock is a professional though so I'd be surprised if he just laid down like Jarrett.
Vince would probably legit have a heart attack on his way down the ramp if Lesnar did that at Mania.

And miss that big paycheck? :childplease:

He left the first time on the chance of making an NFL team so I doubt he gives a damn. Plus he is probably set money wise already & Dana would gladly take him back so it ain't like he would be without a job.

Even if Vince lets Brock sign some contract that lets him fight in the UFC, Dana White wouldn't let Brock wrestle in the WWE. It hurts the UFC's credibility by directly associating with the WWE.

Brock ending the streak wasn't about giving Brock the rub, it was about giving the rub to the person who beats Brock

That's what they want you to think. That was a 20-year investment, was bigger than the main event at multiple Wrestlemanias and spawned a crowd reaction that we'll probably never see again in our lifetimes. The 1 in 21-1 jobbed to 1 pedigree two years ago. It ain't gonna feel like THAT big of a deal.

It's gonna suck if Brock simply gives a half-ass performance like he did at WM 20. We all know Roman Reigns will need all the help he can get in the ring.

IMO, Brock is probably feelin himself right now. UFC heavyweight div looks pretty weak. In two fights he could be champ again over there.

but if it had to end, who else on the roster would've been credible enough? :yeshrug:

If they were never gonna let him lose they shoulda stopped it at 20-0. In the end, brock didn't NEED it though. He's no more legit than he was before that.

Mean Mark is falling apart like an 1985 Geo Metro on its 30th winter, someone had to beat him. Look who we have, if not Brock then who? Either him or RomeGawd. Who else? Wyatt :mjlol:? Or how about he leaves without doing the time.honored tradition of putting someone over on the way out like Bret?

Had to be Barock. Not his fault he has leverage and isn't a mark

Why is that funny? Bray Wyatt should have broken it last year instead of jobbing to Cena every single match
