Black men not being formally educated is a BIG problem.I mean... no shyt
However I disagree with your conclusion that this is a problem. Not everyone wants the same life.
I can declare that its a "problem" that engineering roles are devoid of women but whose to say its actually an issue or not?
Maybe women dont wanna be engineers.
Maybe men don't wanna work 9-5 and get masters degrees.
I make a fairly decent amount of money and I dont have my masters degree
I promise i make more than the vast majority of the people you are referring to
Wrong!! Women solely progressing is causing division. It’s not going to get any better.I thought it was common knowledge that black women were progressing at a faster rate than us. As long as one half wins, the whole teams wins tbh. I was never mad when mom put food on the table.

I have 5 homies that did MPH at UNC. All.are doing very well.shhhhh
that phrase "awarded masters degrees" is weird to me.The ratio of Black women vs men in the building I'm in is grossly disproportionate. Beyond that even with the meetings I attend and conference calls, there's a noticeable lack of Black men vs women. I meet more Black women than men in my dealings, and even just going to lunch on my work days I see more Black women than men.
I don't think it's just my eyesight either considering statistics.
Black Women Awarded More Master’s Degrees Than Black Men | Thurgood Marshall College Fund
Black women are being awarded Master’s degrees at a significantly higher proportion than Black men at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), a 1990-2015 National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) shows.
In the 2015 academic year, the most recent data available, 3,869 master’s degrees were awarded to Black women compared to 1,545 Master’s awarded to Black Men, a ratio of approximately 5 to 2.
In the same academic year, 141,358 Black women were enrolled at HBCUs compared to 86,905 Black males, a ratio over 2 to 1.
Black women also earn doctorates at a higher proportion at HBCUs. In 2015, women were awarded 1,084 such degrees whereas Black men earned were awarded 492. A ratio very close to 2 to 1.
Brehs, this is a problem.
That's why it's called a trap.nikka cause half of the nikkaz I know pushed crack and had records because of that. My family is like this 2 boys 2 girls.. Both boys sold drugs didn't go to college. The girls went to college and got their masters. School is very easy it's just nikkaz want money and p*ssy early so they like fukk school.
