This thread is so useful. :skip:

Anyway, I will throw out my purchases that I enjoy and appreciate.

Ninja Master Prep
I got it on Black Friday for 25 bucks. Makes the best shakes, crushes ice in seconds. :banderas:

Throw a whole ripe banana in there, some peanut butter ( 1-2 tablespoon) and some milk) blend, and add ice later. Nice refreshing drink.

I don't know how Smoothie King (:scusthov:)
or any of those types of smoothie shops are open with products like this around.

Canon Sx50

50x zoom

Got this for $233 because it was on clearance at Target because the new SX60 came out. Takes the best pictures, even if you are an amateur photographer. But I will eventually get a SLR camera.

I talked about this before but

A recipe that was taught to me, I hope you enjoy it.
Crispy Cast Iron Skillet Chicken
Ingredients 2 bone-in chicken breast halves or leg quarters 1/2teaspoon salt 1/8teaspoon white pepper 3tablespoons canola, peanut or vegetable oil Instructions Preheat oven to 450F. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Add oil and place chicken skin side down in the pan. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until a crispy crust forms. Place in oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes. Pierce chicken with a fork near end; if juices run clear, chicken is done.

Do they still have the skin on them? Do you have garlic and rosemary (Any herb? you can use Italian seasoning too)? Does this need to be healthy? I hope not lol. I would put my seasoning, garlic and rosemary under they skin with some softened butter just a little. Then sprinkle salt and pepper all over the outside of the chicken. Heat the skillet medium high. Place thighs in, skin slide down and cook until crisp. then turn over. I would add a little white wine, water. and let it cook down. I would also like cut up some potatoes (maybe some broccoli too) , saute those with shallots, garlic, and rosemary. Then eat it with the thighs over the potatoes pour a little of the juice from the chicken. I just thought of this :ohlawd: I might make it myself.

The last thing I made with chicken thighs, I season them really good, browned them, added plain tomato sauce and a little chili powder. Some other spiced to the sauce and let it cook down. Ate it over polenta but we usually eat it over rice ot something

I got the chicken on the skillet now.

:whew:

I ended up using a bottle of "criollo" marinade because frankly, I have to get rid of it. Been in the fridge for months.

I don't have much in terms of veggies tho.
I need to go food shopping.
Just peas, spinach and some corn. And some beans.
I'll come up with something tho.

I'm too tired to make rice right now.
