Idk where your friends husband did their training, but typically it takes about 1-1.5 years at a tower and 2-2.5 years at a center to be fully certifiedA friend's husband is one. It's not nearly that simple, he had to do a specialized school program, then work some BS before that step. Took almost a decade.
That may be it or part, don't remember all the details. He was on struggle until he finished years later and started making real bread.Idk where your friends husband did their training, but typically it takes about 1-1.5 years at a tower and 2-2.5 years at a center to be fully certified
Center is where you make the most $$ which is why training is longer
Normally people who check out at a tower try and ERR (transfer) to another facility either for more $$ or to be at a better destination they wanna work at, or for whatever reason

They want 20-25 years of service and your mental capacity for the job decreaes dramatically after 56… that’s what’s all the data and research saysWhy is there limit 31? So everyone that works there is younger than that?
I'm a military dudes with 3 years left on my contract, so it's a pass for me, but it does seem interesting.
