Do they still have the skin on them? Do you have garlic and rosemary (Any herb? you can use Italian seasoning too)? Does this need to be healthy? I hope not lol. I would put my seasoning, garlic and rosemary under they skin with some softened butter just a little. Then sprinkle salt and pepper all over the outside of the chicken. Heat the skillet medium high. Place thighs in, skin slide down and cook until crisp. then turn over. I would add a little white wine, water. and let it cook down. I would also like cut up some potatoes (maybe some broccoli too) , saute those with shallots, garlic, and rosemary. Then eat it with the thighs over the potatoes pour a little of the juice from the chicken. I just thought of this

The last thing I made with chicken thighs, I season them really good, browned them, added plain tomato sauce and a little chili powder. Some other spiced to the sauce and let it cook down. Ate it over polenta but we usually eat it over rice ot something
