The rope? The rope was fun and made swinging across environments pretty cool and useful. This gif isn't showing something new for Uncharted. It just was a clip. The wall run animation look crazy too.

I assume the rope mechanic that was in the MP beta will be used a lot in the single player. I find it........cute. Didn't really feel like the game needed it.

Yeah it doesn't need it but then the maps would've been different. That main middle passage in the center of the jungle map would've been a slog to go through. That's not even considering we don't know how it'll be used in the SP so it's premature to say it doesn't need it.
