African ethnic groups played just a big a role as Britain did. They were the ones that translated languages, knew the back roads and shortcuts, thought it was a good idea to sell 40 people for a single bottle of wine and a umbrella (look up Badagry, Nigeria if you think I'm making that up), etc. Look up Madame Tinubu as well.

Yes they are just as responsible. But realistically at the end of the day, neither Britain or Africans are paying out a single penny in reparations. This is real life, people don't do things because it's the "right thing to do". If that was the case slavery would've never happened in the first place.
Well modern African countries did not exist during transatlantic slavery, so the slavers were the kingdoms that existed at that time. The middle men that were around at that time are also gone.

Countries?

Y'all will blame everyone but the evil white man. They have wiped the internet clean to mirror their image and deceived you into believing that black people caused slavery.

Sir, Africans were treated like animals. Whatever map you see now, Europeans drew it down on a desk. There were countries only tribes.

I'm African and live in Africa. The white man arrived in Africa with guns and was fighting africans who had spears. You think anyone was sold? The stories you hear from white folks are not the stories our grandfathers told us about stolen blacks. Keep believing this whitewashed propaganda.
Ok so you African take none of the blame got it

No where in my post did I state Africans caused it, I said y'all played a hand in it and deserve to pay reparations along with the white man I wasn't protecting.

Good some Africans counties played a hand in slavery too every one that played a hand in slavery needs to pay
Name an African country that exists today that played a hand. Please just one that is the same entity it was back then. I'll give you all the time in the world. Please don't run from this challenge...

If you feel this way you should have no issue identify these people and I would agree with you.

If you you know YOUR history. Some tribes did, NOT countries and even within certain tribes it was only elite families. But I'll let you do some research and tell us who you are going to charge. I think people need to start being challenged to make their ideas practical because being vague and general has created a stupid hostile environment. When you start having to define your own ideas you can face the challenges they come with. Like the fact that you are not serious about what you are suggesting as a realistic undertaking. It's more about spurring banter and feelings

You have to forgive him. He probably got caught up in that FBA, ADOS c00n movement looking for pride. Where all they do is repurpose cac talking points for "black Americans." They've been repeating this shyt about no-good Africans starting slavery for years now. And thats when they're not talking about "FBA hairlines, features, and 30% white ancestry." It become so transparent, childish and stupid to see so many black folks believing bullshyt about each other.
