the people who are into Pan-Africanism are either already working together or are exchanging knowledge, information, and even finances .. If you hung up on what ethnic group sold who or reparations then maybe you should develop a “we all we got” mentality amongst Black Americans in the USA.

To answer your post: yes Africans had a hand and slavery and no y’all most likely will never see a dime of reparations. African Americans should round up their own soldiers and take what they feel is rightfully theres… or discuss with the white man how much of the profits they gain from the continent should be funneled into the Black Community

Focus should be primarily to highly populated African-American cities that are in need or support instead of trying to play Superman throughout the continent.
