If Cormier was capable of outwrestling Jon he would have done it in both of their 2 fights.

We are talking about someone that cuts 40+lbs to make weight.

The "let it go y'all" comment seems to assume that I want Cormier to win. I picked Jones against him in both fights, and even called him finishing him in the last fight. In the Gustafsson fight that just concluded, I called the round and method of finish. Just search the thread.

I'm actually a fan of Jon Jones, but unlike the majority of people on this site I view things objectively. He simply lacks the natural weight to compete with Cormier at HW.

Jon Jones is a great fighter, but at the HW division Cormier is the greatest. I think people need revisit his days in Strikeforce when he was ragdolling legit 260 lb guys like Barnett and Bigfoot Silva.

Jon Jones walks around at 220 lbs. Cormier would have a 20+ advantage over him. That is A LOT for an olympic-calibre wrestler. Even if you claim that Jones would then add additional 20 lbs to compete, he wouldn't be used to carrying around that sort of weight. He would actually lose explosiveness and gas easily.

People seem to forget Cormier has one of the strongest chins in combat sports and his punch resistance is even increased at HW. He can even soak up punches from guys who have to cut to make HW like Derrick Lewis.

I like Jon Jones. He finishes Cormier again at LWH, but I don't see a fight at HW even being competitive.

Many years ago Jon told him he would do that DC can't avoid it people have hitches for no reason that they don't notice but others can like there are people who when ever they make a fist the top of their of pinkie tucks under their ring finger.

Velasquez has been finished twice at HW. Daniel Cormier has never lost at HW.

The only reason Cormier went down to LHW in the first place is that he didn't want to compete against Cain, who is a good friend and teammate of his.

Even Jon Jones said himself that he wouldn't fight Cormier at HW, yet these rampant fanboys would have you believe Jones beats Cormier easily. One of these lunatics even said it would even be an easier fight for Jones than at LHW.
