lol You see the post fight? He wants Diaz. I don't blame him, I also don't think he is ducking Wonderboy either.[/QUOTE]

Man, let's be real, he ain't getting Diaz. It is what it is, welterweight is a gauntlet and his 1st title defense won't be a gimmee. Wonderboy is next up, all that Diaz talk :camby:

Maybe but his suspension will end tomorrow. Woodley can just decline Wonderboy if he really wants to.

I like Nick Diaz as much as the next person, but he hasn't won a UFC fight since 2011 :mindblown:

Can't ever count the Diaz brothers out, especially these days with USADA running shyt. And if they could find a way to squeeze him on the card with his brother, that would be big.

in fairness to Diaz, he's only had three fights since 2011 and all were close decision losses. still losses indeed and at this point he would likely be a shell of his old self, but dude's only legitimately been stopped twice in 37 career fights. plus the whole Diaz fukkery alone (example in the clip below) is worth a PPV:pachaha:

With Robbie losing, now is the time to do the Diaz rematch. It would most likely be a more entertaining fight as well. Diaz is about getting paid as well and taking big money fights, I don't see him being hyped to fight Woodley.

Styles make fights and MMATH does not work 99% of the time. Woodley lost to Rory only a couple of fights back, fyi. Anyway, I'm not saying that Thompson will win but it will definitely be interesting.
I am not mentioning the Matt Brown fight to make a "math" statement...I am mentioning it because in the past few title fights it seems to me like if a fighter has been beaten one way, he can be beaten the same way again...

Yes, Wonderboy has improved his take down defense, but I don't think he is comfortable in the "grind"...He fights like "fencing"...He comes in to score a point and quickly moves out, and he is always trying to keep a distance...If he has a chance to KO his opponent he will take it, but I think his game plan is to win by scoring more points...

If he was that "wonderful" he should have put Rory away...Because that Rory was just a can of tomato rolling forward and not trying to do anything with the pressure...If that Rory had fought Lawler, he would have been slumped real quick...

But may be it was Wonderboy who turned Rory into a tomato can...We have to watch what happens with Rory to get a better idea...Rory just looked like he didn't want to be in that cage...He looked like Lawler was still holding his soul captive...
