I think rumours of the death of China are exaggerated.

Even if China's population falls below 1 billion this century, they will still outnumber Americans, and there's no slowdown in the increase of living standards or the productivity of Chinese people.

By 2050 when there's 1.3 billion Chinese instead of 1.4 billion Chinese, they will still be a nuclear power, the size of a continent and likely the world's largest economy by then.
If you don't understand demography, you don't need to be saying a single thing on this entire topic.

It's ok to say you don't understand something.

China has the same problem that Japan has. They have way more senior citizens then younger people. They will have 5 - 10 million more people retiring per year, then people able to fill those jobs. And this is going to happen for the next few decades. Losing 100 million laborers will have a huge impact on them, their economy, and the world's flow of goods. The CCP is going to get desperate once their people turn on then in mass numbers.

China's population has always been larger than the US and they haven't done what you say they will do. They have been around longer than the US and haven't done what you say they will do. China is not on the level of the US in any way form or fashion and likely will never be.

The only way China could reach or surpass the US is if the US simply implodes. Which could happen. But unless the US falters and falls totally, what you're saying will never happen.

War isn’t a video game. All those things were possible during the Cold War cos there was peace.

Let me tell you a little secret: 9 European countries were neutral from the beginning of WW2 till the end despite the fact that the rest of Europe was being destroyed.

Yes, there will be people from neutral countries going to fight for either side.

Just imagine any of the axis involved in the war trying to invade a country like, say, Nigeria which has over 200million people. How are they going to pull that off when you would need about 5-10million troops? How are they going to pull it off? Nigeria doesn’t even need too many sophisticated weapons - it just needs to give everyone there AK47 & it will be a slaughterhouse.

Logistics & manpower - always think about both.
Air power. Doesn't matter how many people you have when the enemy bombs you into submission. I don't think Africa will be directly involved in a WW3 scenario, but they will definitely be manipulated for their resources, and I don't see anything changing. There will likely be proxy wars set up with nations directly pledging allegiance to sides for military equipment to defeat the "terrorists" being funded by the same people calling themselves allies. Same old same old

You missed my point about productivity, which I’m guessing you don’t understand?

Losing 100 million labourers is compensated by productivity gain in 3d printing, AI manufacturing, advanced materials science etc

The US is barking but won't do anything because of China's nukes. It's the same reason N Korea can do what they want and the US has to take it.

Because the US doesn't hit anyone who can actually hit back. They only attack weak countries like a coward.

unless apple, google, amazon, and microsoft say there's going to be a war, there isn't going to be a fukking war

the american government and its political machine is owned by corporations. corporations, in general, gain nothing from war.

proxy wars might happen, like the one in syria, but nuclear armed countries will not fight each other. this is sensationalist garbage
The government run them corporations

It’s either the both of you lack basic understanding of the English language or geography.

Both world wars weren’t proxy wars - they were conventional wars. And African involvement didn’t go past willing Africans who were recruited from the colonies as cannon fodders to fight in North Africa, Europe & Asia and the battles fought in North Africa. And yes, there were no battlegrounds in sub Saharan Africa. The next one is also going to be the same.

If you’re alluding to the Cold War in terms of proxy wars - then you’d have a point.
In fairness, all Blacks were used as cannon fodders. From the French to the USA. The British as well.

Let's not use the term sub Saharan Africa. That's cac babble for dark skin Ns

We shall get there soon as Ukraine continues to take Ls on the battlefield (yes, they’re winning in modern Goebbel-esque propaganda but in reality Ukrainian western trained forces & western mercenaries are getting wrecked on the frontline by Wagner, who’re mostly Russian prisoners)
Proof or some ruskie propaganda?

You mentioned Goebbels twice....you're Russian sympathetic

Just look how much money the US is pumping into Guam. There is a huge restructure of forces in the pacific. Check out the pacific deterrence initiative by DOD. Look at AUKUS and the Quad. It's not a joke at all. There is a defense contractor that asked DOD how they were going to get there people out of Taiwan if things go south. The response was a NEO. They said that's not good enough. They said pull them out now then.
