This must be why I am so sleepy, sluggish and tired
Is this the shyt you get from the sun? I should be fine.
Is this the one you get from orange juice?
You wasn’t lying. Looked it up on Amazon, never thought I would end up paying $47 for a multivitamin but I’ll take your word for it and see how it makes me and my mom feel.Yup. I personally try to save where i can so i can splurge on the expensive stuff. A good multi is not cheap.
Fyi: for those just getting into vitamins, the best are "whole food" vitamins. You can tell bc they not white, they're capsules with green stuff inside. (I have a pill packer too and will whip up a blend when i think we need something extra, ie, nettles for seasonal allergies, tulsi for recovering from crazy shyt, whether emotional, spiritual, or physical, etc.)

Look through the Rainbow Light store on Amazon and see if you can find smaller bottles, being that this is just a trial run.

I take 50000 iu Rx every week...Vitamin D is essential to all human functions and most of us living outside of Africa have low vitamin d. It’s not surprising that it weakens your immune system heavily.
All of my family pretty much takes supplements, I started taking them after being diagnosed with incredibly low vitamin d levels to the point I had severe depression.
If you’re feeling symptoms of depression - check your vitamin d levels and start taking supplementation. I put a close friend onto this and it changed his whole life.
Thanks I take magnesium tooVitamin D, that is the only thing I recommend you take daily.
Personally, I don’t really take supplements apart from fiber and maybe magnesium maybe 2x a month. Sometimes I’ll take iron depending on how I’m feeling (I get lightheaded sometimes).
