You have to wonder what went through the minds of these two girls. Also what type of teenage girls are out here car jacking folks in the first place? Where are their parents? How doew this even happen?

As crazy as it sounds this is the norm around DMV specially during holidays. I remember years back 15 16 yr old kids would carjack around Arundel Mills and just go on wild chases, crash the whip then run. All for kicks.
