There's no death penalty for juveniles, they're also phasing out life in prison without the possibility of parole

I've met plenty of kids with questionable or little to no moral character growing up
there are EVIL kids out there who know exactly what they're doing
once your kids leave the house, they are a product of influence other than you e.g. their friends, the media, their environment, etc.
teach your kids to THINK for themselves, something a lot of people don't know how to do
and most importantly, make sure their self esteem is not low, because it will lead to following, which can lead to dumb shyt like this
