I'm just hoping Google Fiber comes to Chicago, and I'll quickly drop U-Verse, I don't even care if I get an employee discount.

For linux folks:

sudo ufw reject from 173.194.55.0/24
sudo ufw reject from 206.111.0.0/16

There was an iptables command in the comments of one of the links, but that wasn't vibing with my terminal so I figured out the script above. It might work for some of you so here it is:

$iptables -a INPUT -s 173.194.55.0/24 -j DROP
$iptables -a INPUT -s 206.111.0.0/16 -j DROP

Supposedly, this script works for any linux based OS so you could throw it into any android OS if you have it rooted.

This shyt does work though. repped the TS

Get Comcast. Clearly shyts on UVerse net speeds. I've had both.

To anyone asking questions:

No this is not illegal. Yes it works as far as I know (U-Verse here, both IP Ranges blocked.) Yes, you can easily reverse this.

If you have a router, block it there to get your whole network. If not, you can do it per device. Easiest in Windows is the hosts file (you'll need admin permissions). Droid users need root and Droidwall or Terminal. OSX users need temrinal. Linux users should use terminal.

I doubt you can IP block with the PS3 to posters above, just use your router.

How did you do it to make it work on Uverse?

Can you tell me what code you typed in?

And do you have the 2Wire at&t router?
