:ohhh:What the fukk is going on over there?? A deal definitely is happening too many shows that have been consistent are getting clapped:damn::damn:

They just got the Thursday Night Football deal for 11 weeks and revived Last Man Standing. So that's about 44 hours less that they have to worry about through the whole season.

I had been saying I wish some shows would wrap up after this season because I couldn't keep up anymore. But damn man all these shows getting prematurely canceled without closure is NOT what I wanted.

What we're seeing with FOX is a clear goal shift to unscripted programming.

There was a report that 80% of the content watched on Netflix is licensed content. If networks like FOX go down this road and keep canceling scripted stuff for reality shows or sports, there won't be any scripted TV content for Netflix/Hulu/Amazon subscribers to watch.

I can do that :ehh:

:salute:

Gradually getting to the point that's all the broadcast networks are good for, which is to say they are only good for garbage and sports.

And local news. But yeah for the most part yeah.

There were a few years back where they tried to follow the HBO trend of single camera comedies and shows that weren't work procedurals but now it seems we're back to the family/work sitcoms and crime procedurals.
