Pretty much. If you watch shyt illegally but then get mad it’s no longer on the air you sound like an a$$hole.
We live in a consumer based economy, people. When you steal, that’s money not being counted. Same thing with albums especially in the 90s. Everyone wondered how and why Nas went the direction he went with it was written in 96 when it was clear as day he needed to cater to people who wouldn’t simply bootleg his shyt since illmatic was heavily bootlegged.
The reason Netflix and amazon and Hulu can do what they do is because we pay them directly. We’re not paying nbc or cbs or fox or abc. But we pay Netflix monthly as we do the other services. So everyone saying they need to find a new model, here’s the question: Would you be cool paying those four networks a monthly subscription like the aforementioned streaming platforms or even cable like hbo or showtime?
Fox just released their schedule and it’s sliiiiiiiiim. They’re really all in on football and sports. Monday-Wednesday is all dramas. Thursday is football. Friday is their comedy bloc, Saturday and Sunday are college football, NFL, animation, and one lil rel’s sitcom. The Orville will be back in december and la to Vegas is still on the bubble but could be back mid season as well.
Is there anything of note left to be decided on now that Gotham and leathal weapon are decided?
