Why does WWE network refuse to even say Chris Benoit’s name? We all know what he did, but why do they have to not even include his name on any of the match descriptions?

Also Jericho must’ve personally requested that they dub over his old WCW entrances with his break the wall down WWF theme.

He got mentioned by name in the Monday Night Wars and RA docs. I mean....obviously they don't want to mention him if they don't have to, but when it's kind of impossible to avoid, they have mentioned him. For match descriptions, I think they don't want it to look like they're promoting him.

Every random WCW PPV I put on from 97-99 has Rey Mysterio vs Psychosis.

Couldn't uncle Eric at least put these guys up for the TV title or some shyt?

I've also been playing a game to see how many random WCW PPVs I can land on that don't include Hogan in the main event....I've yet to win.

Psychosis was always my favorite luchadore shame too, he deserved a run with the tv title

Yeah either Rey vs Juvi or Rey vs Psychosis for years


And yet when they were all in WWE, Rey/Psychosis had one match (at ONS 2005) and Rey/Juvi never had a match


However looking this up I found out there's a Lucha Bros vs Rey/Juvi match from 2017 and Rey/Lucha Bros vs MEXICOOLS from 2018

Finally done with wcw from 1996. Just some quick thoughts

Konnan in the dungeon of doom. I didn't even remember this

Damn I hate watching CBs matches, but damn he was so good in the ring

Nancy, Elizabeth and Sherri

Its funny seeing the NWO guys working as faces. Hoegan Hulkkking up against Flair at the clash of champions got the crowd hyped. Hall and Nash getting support against Harlem Heat and the Faces of Fear.


Luger was pretty dope around this time. The fans loved him

Piper mentioned that he saw an NWO promo. Bunch of guys in a hotel, drinking and not a single woman to be found I was thinking the samething they in limos and hotel rooms and no bytches?


Theres a lot more, but overall good stuff.

When you get to the Russo era of WCW, the PPVs have like double the titled segments because of all his crash tv backstage skit bullshyt.

How many swerves and turns can one idiot force into 3 hours of programming?

I legit cannot remember who’s supposed to be beefing w/who and who’s allies with who at any given moment.

Vince McMahon had this scatterbrained neckbeard on a leash at least. This is Russo unchained.

WcW Spring Stampede 1999

Bam Bam Bigelow vs Hak

This was around the time in wrestling where everyone and their mother was doing hardcore matches. Both WWF and WCW had hardcore titles but clowns like Russo will tell you they weren't watching ECW and ECW had no impact on anything at all.

Anywho, Hak tries to reverse a suplex and botches, then sells he hurt his knee. 10 seconds later he's outside pulling up a ladder.

And @ the name "Hak" is very fitting.

Souled Out 1999

By this time I had checked out of WCW cause I don't remember any of this garbage.

Jericho v Saturn, loser must wear a dress match

The only title defended in the entire ppv was the cruiserweight title

Hall v Goldberg in a stun gun ladder match. Goldberg on the ladder and Disco comes out and pushes him off, Goldberg shorts the fall and is nearly decapitated by the top rope

Match had no rhyme or reason with a clueless finish.

Crazy how WCW did nothing with him and had him on Saturday night.

Crazy how WCW did nothing with him and had him on Saturday night.

Bulldog was completely washed in WCW even before the back injury happened. I have no idea why Vince hired him back other than for Owen related drama.

I hated blue jeans era Bulldog. shyt was wack as fukk how they tried to throw him in a feud with the hottest nikka going and he was fresh off being a Saturday Night jobber for the past 2 years.

I think Bulldog & Anvil was the only two nikkas on Revenge nikkas ain't never get down with.
