Bulldog was completely washed in WCW even before the back injury happened. I have no idea why Vince hired him back other than for Owen related drama.

I was just listening to the Unforgiven 99 episode of Something to Wrestle the other day. Bruce said that it was basically Stu Hart calling in a favor and Vince being sentimental. He was then thrown into the title match because Taker got injured, although I could think of like ten better options. The only thing I remember about that run is him being rock bottomed on top of dogshyt.

Why was WCW trying to market a :flabbynsick: Sid as the millennium man at the same time WWF was with Jericho? :heh:

It’s like they took the millennium man thing from Jericho and added the Goldberg streak to push him and he was 40 and broken down.

Watched uncensored 1996.

Wcw had this triple decker HIAC.:ohlawd:

A lot of the wacky superhero stuff involving hogan:flabbynsick:

Had no idea deebo worked for wcw especially post Friday fame.

Sting matches back then were always hard hitting & fun to watch.:whew:

Booker T always had star potential. To built like a brickhouse NFL TE & pull off the stuff he pulled off.:wow:

Uncensored 1996 is the one where Booker tries the spinarooni but one of LOD was under him or something and he just kind of sputtered out completely gassed because for some reason they went 30 minutes in a street fight :mjlol:

Because he was the MASTER and the RULER of the world, what better man to lead humanity into the new millennium?

:laff:

Vince was interviewing stone cold on raw in early 1997 and he said that fukkin line "i am the ruler of the world"

It was one of those things where we promised to make him the face of the light heavyweight division, but we never promised to take the light heavyweight division seriously

Big Show winning the belt at Survivor Series 99 is all types of cringe.

Big Show gets the pin. Crowd like :unimpressed:

Big Show hugs the belt and cries in the ring while JR talks about him just burying his father. Crowd like :manny: :russell:

Why'd they have bulldog relinquish the hardcore title as soon as he won it from boss man?
