I was so pissed at the ending to judgement day 2000, cutting the rocks reign so short and giving it back to triple H. I dont remember the raws after this but do they follow up with how the match ended before the rock got disqualified by HBK?

WCW seemed like they were about to push Chris Benoit big. He beat Sid clean at Souled Out 2000 and dominated the whole match and they had the other wrestlers coming out to watch. Too bad he left within days smh.

I can almost understand how Russo ended up pushing Jeff Jarrett so crazy. The finals for the #1 contender tournament was Hart vs. Benoit with Hart winning then beating Goldberg for the belt. But Hart got injured and Benoit left with all the radicals, so when Russo was brought back, he was running out of good wrestlers that weren’t He needed a top heel to feud with Booker T. His only options really were JJ and Scott Steiner. Calling him the chosen one was stupid and just a constant reminder that he his push was being forced from the top.

Yeah I heard about the Tank Abbott thing. That’s how Russo lost his head writer gig the first time.

After Hart had to vacate the belt cause of Goldberg’s clumsy ass kicking his head off, Russo wanted to have some kind of battle royal type match where Abbott would be the last entrant and taking out Sid with one punch.

After hearing that, the real powers that be Turner sports asked him to take a demotion. He refused so they sent him packing before bringing him back later for him to put the title on himself and David Arquette.

Imagine bringing an idea to your bosses that was so bad they asked you to take a demotion.

Who is this bum ass The Wall they were pushing as a monster heel? He’s trash.

I missed this 2000 Luger push where he’s breaking peoples’ arms, allies with Flair and going back to acting like he narcissist. Luger was always better as a heel anyway. He’s so often been mis-cast as a face throughout his career imo.

Roster thin as fukk. Norman Smiley, Lash Leroux, Kiss Demon, and The Artist all over the PPVs.

Brian Nobbs too. I feel like the only reason he got all these spots is his friendship with Hoegan.
