Guess I'll say 7-7.5/10. He had an an intimidating presence about him, solid in the ring in relation to his experience, though reckless. He came along at the perfect time and was exactly what WCW needed. He couldn't and didn't really talk much, but unlike some recent Roman Reigns, they never stuck a mic in Goldberg's hand and told him to talk for 15 minutes. He was short and to the point, and just kicked ass, and that's all I wanted from him. Awesome entrance, very believable finishers and just overall felt like a legit badass. Should have never turned heel in WCW, and he should have won the WWE title at Elimination Chamber instead of a fat bloated injured HHH that just set on the ground for 20 minutes until it was time to use his sledgehammer. The WWE also didn't do Goldberg any favors vs The Rock either, though Goldberg was to blame for his reception during that feud as well. Rock was heel, but with the WWE so key on making WCW wrestlers look second rate, there was gonna be no way the fans would be fully behind Goldberg, but Goldberg also didn't have to be a jerk to fans around that time either. I do respect Goldberg for getting in the industry, leaving a big mark, and getting out though, instead of having Vince/WWE destroy his legacy like they've done others. Goldberg wrestled for only 7 years, was over as shyt besides the stupid heel turn and HHH killing off some of his steam in late 03 for almost the majority of that time, and was featured the entire time. Pretty sure The Rock is the only person with a greater output in that same time span (Austin had been around forever before becoming Stone Cold, so I don't count him).
