Like I said, everybody is different. This can be a bulk diet for a 5'3 Steve urkel.
Exactly so everyone in here just jumping the gun saying it’s a bulking diet is wrong because this not even 3,000 calories and for a tall guy this light

If you're working out, the plan should keep you at caloric deficit.
A good amount of protein and complex carbs.

Can a nikka who was once in tip top shape get back to that level and lose fat without cutting carbs? I work during the day and do need the energy - don't wanna be flipping out on people cause of low blood sugar or sumn

Yea I’m not even getting 3,000 calories so that’s why I keep telling these dudes it’s definitely not a bulking plan lol appreciate it tho fam
