Can a nikka who was once in tip top shape get back to that level and lose fat without cutting carbs? I work during the day and do need the energy - don't wanna be flipping out on people cause of low blood sugar or sumn
Yea just make sure your not eating all bs,carbs arent bad at all you need them for energy jus try to keep em clean

you’re a lot bigger than me... I’m 5’7 and 170, fairly lean and built but still your caloric needs are higher than mine . That would be a good “clean” bulking diet for me
Facts,you gotta factor height and weight into it as well that’s why when guys came in yelling this is a bulking diet I’m like :what::why: this shyt light for my size :russ:

Yea I’m not even getting 3,000 calories so that’s why I keep telling these dudes it’s definitely not a bulking plan lol appreciate it tho fam

Depending on a couple factors this diet is barely over 2000 calories.
If you cut the orange juice, you can keep this below 2000 calories and that's with adding an extra scoop of protein.

Exactly my numbers equal out to 2200 calories a day,these dudes don’t know wtf they be talking about and I’m prolly burning most that shyt,you can’t bulk off those low of calories,hell most people cut off 2500! I’m below that,I just keep my protein high to insure I’m keeping/adding muscle and strength I’m trying to get as strong as possible at 200 and then was I plateau I’ll go up in calories
