My bad I thought you meant far as working out.Wrong...my metabolism slowed way down now that I am in my 40s...I eat like that I would be for real.

Oh ok yea that’s what’s up I’m in top top shape tho but I think this would definitely be good for people looking to start fresh who are out of shape for sureKeto (and I’m not a doctor or anything) is basically getting your body into “ketosis” where you’re burning fat only. The main principles of the diet are to eat mostly fat and protein, no sugars, no carbs, etc. the purpose is that normally your body is going to burn sugar. When you don’t eat carbs or sugar, it burns fat. Eating a lot of fat puts your body into ketosis by being in a perpetual state of fat burning.
I just dropped 25 lbs in 75 days (also working out twice a day) from 210 to 185 doing this.
sample day would be as follows:
breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, avocado, cheese and sour cream
lunch: a steak salad with sour cream
dinner: pork, veggies, gravy
it was great, gotta be diligent, but most days I’d be eating so much for breakfast I wouldn’t be hungry for 10 hours later

I never got sloppy but had to lose some weight and had shytty habits building
It doesn’t put any weight on meSounds like a good bulking diet... if you’re tryna cut, might have to cuz 2-3 things out ... other than that, it’s looking pretty clean
